Write the price in public
The agency next door reads it too, and undercuts you by noon.
Every comment on your Page's offers gets a reply under it and a private message in Messenger about the package, while the post is still hot

What happens to comments today
You post a Sharm offer on your Page and the comments pile up: “Price?”, “How much per person?”, “Interested”. Answering each one by hand takes hours, writing “check your inbox” under each one gets nobody anywhere, and the price in a public reply goes straight to the agency next door.

“Check your inbox”
Their inbox is empty. Nobody wrote to them, so they move on.
Get to it tomorrow
By tomorrow the post is buried and so is their interest.
With Flyby: both, in seconds
The price goes privately to their Messenger with their name on it, and a short note under the comment tells them where to look.
Try it on a real thread
Add keywords to a post and only comments that contain one get a reply. Leave them empty and every comment does. Thread replies and your own Page's comments are always left alone.

The private message
The message is plain text, or text with up to three buttons: a reply button that sends its words back as the customer's message so the AI agent answers, a link to any page you choose, or a button that opens the package on your public Flyby page. The conversation shows up in your inbox right away, opening with their comment quoted, and when they answer, the agent carries on already knowing the package, asking about dates, travellers and budget.

In your inbox
When someone comments, Flyby sends them a private message in Messenger about the linked package, then posts a short public reply under their comment, like “We've sent you the details in a message”. The public wording rotates between several versions so the post doesn't fill up with the same line, and if the private message can't be sent, no public reply goes up either. Facebook shares the commenter's real name, so the message greets them by it.
Click “See post” and the comment opens on Facebook. Anyone on your team can step in, and the agent pauses in that conversation.
Settings → Comment replies
In Settings, Comment replies, you pick posts from your Facebook Page and your Instagram in one list, with a filter for each platform, and link every post to the package it's about. Facebook comments are answered through your Messenger channel, so your Page needs to be connected to Flyby through Messenger first. Turn a post on, and from then on Flyby watches its comments for you.
Connect your Facebook Page to Flyby through the Messenger channel. Comment replies use the same connection, so there's nothing extra to install.
In Settings, Comment replies, choose a post from your Page and link it to the package it's selling. Add keywords if you only want comments that ask about price or details.
Leave the defaults, or write your own message with {name} and {package}, add up to three buttons, and set the public replies. Switch the post on.
Three posts, three agencies
An agency posts “Sharm el-Sheikh, 5 nights, all inclusive” on its Page and links it to the package. Over the weekend, a hundred people comment “Price?”. Each one gets a Messenger message with their name and a “Prices & dates” button, and the ones who tap it are already being qualified by Monday morning.
A Hajj post gets a lot of prayers and well-wishes in the comments. The agency sets the keywords to “بكام, سعر, price, تفاصيل”, so only comments asking about price or details get a message, and the rest of the thread is left as it is.
A Dubai agency's Page has Arabic and English speakers commenting on the same Maldives post. Each person gets the default message in the language they wrote in, and the package button opens the same Maldives page for both.
Everything a post gets
Questions
That's Meta's rule: a Page can send one private message per comment, within 7 days of the comment, and nothing more until the person answers. That's why the default message ends with a question. Flyby also sends only one message per person per post, even if they comment several times, and ignores replies inside comment threads and your Page's own comments.
Facebook comment replies run on the Messenger channel: Growth and Pro, and the whole 14-day trial.
