Call Ahmed back after payday!!
(which Ahmed?)
The sticky-note problem
Promises to call back shouldn't live on paper
A customer asks you to call back after payday, the rep writes it on a sticky note, and three days later the family has booked with someone else.
Your week
Every day already sorted
The tasks page sorts your day for you: overdue, today, upcoming and done. A rep starts the morning on Today, sees yesterday's missed call flagged as overdue, and works down the list. Ticking a task marks it done and records when. A manager switches from My tasks to All tasks to see who is falling behind before customers notice. In the Ramadan or summer rush, that is often the difference between a booking and a lost lead.

Overdue never hides
The minute it's late, it's at the top
Overdue tasks get their own tab, open first and show in red, and the Tasks item in the sidebar counts everything that's due. A missed call can't sink quietly under today's list.

Promises made in the chat
“Call me tomorrow at 11” becomes a task
Your rep reads the time in the conversation and adds the task on the customer's lead. From then on it has a due time, it sits on the lead's timeline, and it shows up on tomorrow's list.

Anatomy of a follow-up
Small card, nothing missing
Tasks in Flyby are follow-ups tied to a lead: call Ahmed about the Turkey offer, send the Umrah programme, confirm the Sharm deposit. Each task has a description, a due date and time, and a done state. You create it from the lead or from the tasks page, and it sits on the lead's activity timeline alongside calls, notes, WhatsApp messages, emails and meetings, so the follow-up and its context always stay together.

Who leans on it most
Three kinds of follow-up that used to slip
Tasks work because they sit next to the sale, not in a separate app. From any task you're one click away from the lead, with its trip details, score and conversation. Moderators, who work the qualified leads, can add and close tasks on them too, so the person following up with the customer is the one who owns the reminder. Nothing depends on someone's memory or a notebook on the desk anymore.
Agencies selling Umrah programmes
Families often need time to gather passports, agree dates with relatives or wait for a salary. A task for each family, with the date they gave you, means every one of them gets the call when it was promised, not whenever someone happens to remember.
Sales teams with targets
Managers see every rep's open and overdue tasks in one place. If someone is drowning in summer Sharm requests, the overdue follow-ups show it early, and the work can be shared out before customers are left waiting too long.
Visa and documents follow-up
Schengen and other visa trips depend on paperwork arriving on time. Add a task to remind the customer about bank statements or photos, due before the appointment, and the reminder lives on the lead with the rest of the trip details.
Yes. Every task belongs to a lead, so it shows on that lead's timeline and you can jump from the task to the trip details and the conversation.
