One customer thread the AI replies in. It's counted once per 24 hours, no matter how many messages go back and forth in that window.
The AI pauses and new chats go straight to your team as “Needs you”, so no customer is left without a reply. The owner is warned at 80% and can add +100 conversations any time.
Quotas reset on the 1st of every month. Unused conversations don't roll over to the next month.
Any WhatsApp or Meta messaging fees are paid by you directly to Meta, through your own account. We never mark them up.
