A reel takes off and the comments fill up with "price?", "بكام" and "details pls". Someone on the team replies "check your DM" hours later, and by then the person who asked has scrolled on to another agency's post.
A comment is a customer raising their hand in public. Every hour it hangs there, everyone else scrolling sees it too.
One comment, two answers
When someone comments on a post you've switched on, Flyby does two things. It sends them a private DM about the package you linked to that post, and it posts a short public reply under their comment, like "We've sent you the details in DM 💬", so everyone scrolling can see you answer. The public replies rotate between several wordings so Instagram doesn't treat them as repeats, and if the DM can't be sent, no public reply goes up either.

Settings › Comment replies
In Settings, Comment replies, the owner or a manager sees the posts and reels from your Instagram, and from your Facebook Page too, in one list with a platform filter. Switch a post on, link it to a package from your catalog, and if you like add keywords such as "price, بكام, details" so only comments that mention one get a DM. Leave the keywords empty and every comment counts. Arabic matching forgives diacritics and the different ways people write alef and yaa.

Meta's rules, and ours
Meta allows one private DM per comment, within 7 days of the comment, and nothing more until the person answers. Flyby goes further and sends one DM per person per post, even if they comment five times, and it skips replies inside comment threads and your own account's comments. The conversation opens in Flyby's inbox right away with their comment quoted, and when they answer, the AI agent carries on already knowing the package, asking about dates, travellers and budget.

In Settings, Comment replies, turn on the posts and reels you want answered, link each one to a package and add keywords if you want them.
Keep the ready-made message or write your own, as plain text or with buttons, and check the preview before you save.
Who it's for
An Umrah reel picks up three hundred comments over a weekend. Every "how much?" gets a reply under it and a DM about the Ramadan Umrah package, and on Sunday morning the team opens an inbox of people who already answered with their dates and group size.
A Dahab post fills up with friends tagging each other. With the keywords "price, بكام, details", only the people asking about the trip get a DM, and the hundreds of tags are left alone.
The Sharm post is linked to the Sharm package and the Turkey reel to the Turkey trip. Each DM talks about the right offer, and the agent already knows which one the customer saw when they reply.
